8 capabilitiesMicrosoft 365 and personal Outlook over Graph
Connect a Microsoft work or personal account through Microsoft's consent screen. The same unified mail endpoints as Gmail, over Microsoft Graph, including shared mailboxes the account has rights to.

Shared mailboxes, which teams use
A support or sales alias the whole team works from is a first-class account, as long as the connected user has rights to it.
Enterprise consent handled properly
A tenant admin may need to grant consent before users can connect. The hosted auth page says so rather than failing with an opaque error, which saves your support team the ticket.
The same code as Gmail
Gmail, Outlook and IMAP return identical objects. Supporting a customer on Microsoft rather than Google is a settings row, not a branch.

How an account is linked
AuthOAuth
The provider's own consent screen. Your user signs in where they expect to, grants the scopes you asked for, and comes back. No credential passes through Aux0 at all.
Whichever method a provider uses, your users complete it on a page Aux0 serves under your branding. You receive an account id and a webhook; no password, QR scan or one-time code ever reaches your product. How hosted auth works.

What you should know first
LimitsThe constraints, before you commit
These are the provider's rules, not ours. We would rather you read them now than discover one in production.
A tenant admin may need to grant consent before users can connect.
Microsoft retired basic authentication for personal Outlook.com IMAP, so these accounts connect over Graph only.
Questions
FAQDoes Aux0 work with Microsoft 365 and personal Outlook accounts?
Both. Work and school accounts connect through Microsoft Graph with your tenant's consent, and personal Outlook accounts connect through the same consent screen.
Do I need a tenant admin to approve the integration?
Sometimes. Many Microsoft 365 tenants require admin consent before users can grant access to a third-party app. The hosted auth page detects that and tells the user what to ask for, rather than returning an error they cannot interpret.
Can Aux0 read shared mailboxes?
Yes, where the connected account has rights to them. A shared support alias behaves like any other mailbox in the API.
